not gonna be an issue, just stick with it, the longer the volunteering the better it will look. good stats too.
 
Have you done any clubs/ ECs outside the realm of medicine? Volunteering, social or work experience?
 
You're thinking about this the wrong way. Whether or not it does or doesn't look great, you have no other choice. Volunteering and such is better than not doing it.
