Alright girls,

I am trying to pick out an interview suit, but I'm not sure weather to go with a pencil skirt or slacks. Any thoughts?? Also heels or flats??

And August interviews will be HOT! so any suggestions on how to keep it professional and tolerable on a warm day are appreciated!
