have to write article summaries and discussion for my anesthesia rotation and was wondering if you guys knew of any landmark studies/evidence based medicine cases in anesthesia that are a fun read and worth writing about

Difficult or impossible ventilation after sufentanil-induced anesthesia is caused primarily by vocal cord closure.

Is fun because it kinda debunks the myth about chest wall rigidity. Landmark probably not.
