LANGE series for physiology

I wanted to know does anyone use the Lange series for physiology I believe that the authors name is Ganong. I have this book and its too confusing and like too hard to understand I also have guyton which i use primarily but wanted to know weather if anyone else uses the ganong book

Also i've noticed that the questions for the pre-test series were taken partly from the ganong book and not form guyton and i wanted to know if that should be used as a primary text or if guyton has everything that you'll ever need for the courses and the boards???
