question for the Derm seniors. Where and when do you learn your laser and the skinn fillers skills? Is that during residency and if so , how long is the traiing time, or do you guys take a coure from like aslms.org? I wanted to know why are those programs not considered as good as what is done in residency if it is the traiing is done during the residency.

Like anything in life, proficiency comes with experience and those who have had exposure during residency will have an advantage over those who pursue weekend courses
