Just wondering if I applied to 3 optometry schools, I had interviews at all of them, but it's looking like I may get accepted into my last choice... Is it frowned upon if I don't accept a seat and apply again next year?

Nope. Evaluate your situation and do what you think is best for yourself, even if that means waiting another year.

It depends on what you want. There's no garuentee for acceptance next year so make sure you think about that too! Best of luck !!
