can i take orgo 1 september-december then orgo 11 in jan-april??
so ill finish my prereqs in april??

besides the dat.. will it effect my application?

Yes. You are fine as long as your pre-requisites are satisfied prior to matriculation in August/September (or whenever your school starts).

Organic chemistry is probably the most important course of the pre requisite series; without the course, there isn't much that can be used to judge an applicant's ability to navigate through the pre clinical courses.
