Last day to interview at Western?

Hi everyone,

I talked to my counselor yesterday and she said the last day of interviews for Western/COMP was May 22. Do you think they are still granting interviews this late in the game? She told me me that I should receive a decision letter soon... does that mean I'm out?

Hey, I'm finishing up my first year at Western right now and I want to tell you to KEEP HOPE!!! I interviewed in early/mid May, got waitlisted by the end of May/early July and then didn't get in until the Friday before orientation started. It does happen.

Thanks for the encouragement! 🙂 I'm just worried that they're gonna send me a rejection because my counselor said I was getting a decision letter. Doesn't sound to good in my opinion. But thanks for cheering me up! I really want to go to this school. Gonna get my app ready for the next cycle soon just in case...

How about the guy who they walked in the last day of our orientation? Literally - days into orientation, someone got off the waitlist, moved to CA and started. He's no longer with us though. Never lose hope 👍

They wouldn't tell over the phone if you got in ... it's their policy. The only way around that is/was to fax them an acceptance letter from another school and tell them you need to know sooner. I didn't get my answer on the phone until they received the fax.
