Title says it all, tomorrow is my DAT (8am) and I'm just briefly reviewing subjects in addition to Khan Academy videos on QR and taking one practice test. I feel relatively confident and I'm ready to get this exam over with, I'm sick and tired of studying (3 months) and dedicating most of my social life towards studying for the DAT. Does anyone have any last minute tips on the exam? I feel like I tend to make dumb mistakes because I doubt myself on practice tests (BC and 07/09), what is a surefire way to just go with my gut feeling? First time taking the exam as well so I'd rather take it once, score well and not have to re-take. Do I switch test-taking strategies while taking the exam? etc... Any help would be appreciated

Relax! You will be fine.

I took a reading test the day before my actual. I was doing really well on the practice, but slowed down near the end b/c I thought I had time and I ended up having a few questions left on my practice exam I couldn't finish. So on my real one, I paced myself way better and didn't slow down, despite having a bunch of x statement is true y statement is false, both true, etc. questions. Had time to check some iffy ones too. Ended up with a very very high reading score and I attribute a lot of it to that one practice reading test I took the day before.

Relax... go watch a movie, but not a movie marathon lol. I also went for a walk listening to music for 2 hours the day before. Make sure you clear your mind and have a good night's rest.
