Last NBME recommendation?

Only taken NBME-11 thus far, just sat it over the weekend and scored 264.

My test is a week from this Thursday and I'm planning to take both UWSAs over next few days, but I'm also looking for one more NBME to round out my schedule. I will probably use pdfs to review questions from the others as I continue to study, but I can't really justify paying for more than one additional online exam at this point.

Any recommendations? I was thinking 12 vs 13, but I don't have a clear sense of which would be the better choice, if it even makes much of a difference at all. Thanks.

I have been told 12 is better than 13 near the end mainly because 12 would apparently get you used to longer stems and also because 13 might bring your confidence down.

I have not taken any of them though so take the above for only what it is worth.
