I am finishing up making my schedule for my last two semesters of undergrad and and I am applying for dental school this upcoming cycle.

As far as Biology courses are concerned, I will have completed Biology I, Biochemistry, Anatomy, Histology, and Microbiology.

Is it a pre-req to take Bio II if other upper level biology courses have been completed? If it is I can squeeze it into my Spring schedule, but if it is not a pre-req I really do not want to take it!

No it is not and your biology courses are more than enough.

I was wondering how can you take DAT without taking Bios beforehand and how you can take BIochem and Microbio without having taken gen Bios ?

^at least in my school just general bio 1 is pre-req for all courses you named( in addition to other pre-reqs).

Bio II is evolutionary bio, which has nothing to do with biochem or microbio. At least at my school...
