So in my previous post I neglected to mention that I did have to retake a couple classes due to some personal family issues. 2 classes specifically I had to retake twice (micro bio & college alg) neither of which were hard to me I just seemed to be dealt a ****ty hand every time I enrolled in those classes. I read somewhere on these forums about reinvention. What exactly is it? I have had many people on here tell me my dream is not over and that’s i still have a shot as long as I keep showing an upward trend and bring my gpa up. (Screwed myself during my AA and got that degree with like a 2.7 gpa) right now I am in my second semester of my bachelors I’m just worried that my past will creep up and mess up my future. And curious as to what my option are as far as making my application pull their eyes away from my GPA.

Part of reinvention (answered in your other post) has to do with figuring out why you've done poorly, and fixing your deficits.
Have that all fixed already. I had some medical issues and my family had some stuff going on but everything is smooth sailing now.

Also was not completely 100% dedicated to school if I am going to be completely honest with myself. But since I have started being a vet tech and doing volunteer work, I have matured a lot and got my health issues under control along with my family’s health as well.
