Hi all, my first time posting, so I apologize in advance if I am violating some unsaid rule - please correct me if I do something wrong!

Just in need of some advice on applying late to postbacs/SMPs. I have been patiently waiting on SOMs to respond back but so far, as of March 16th, I am still waiting on one school (post interview) and two more (pre interview, but it is way too late for an interview imo).

So I am deciding on submitting some applications to SMPs/postbacs that would help me along the way. In the last week, I have submitted applications to JHUs HSI program and the Georgetown SMP. Currently working on GMUs MS in Biomedical Sciences and the relatively new MS Physiology program up in Ann Arbor.

My question is, are there any other good SMPs I should consider, that would take applications this late? I know a lot of programs have late spring or even early summer deadlines but many are rolling, so I have to factor that into my applications.

Some more info:
-Graduating May 2014 from UNC with BS Chemistry-Biochemistry
-3.44 cGPA, 3.35 sGPA
-35 MCAT (PS/VR/BS 12/11/12)
-3 years research experience (1 pub)
-Decent ECs/shadowing/hospital volunteering
-will be NC EMT-B certified come summertime

I guess I am looking to bolster my GPA (main goal) and perhaps a little more shadowing/clinical experience on the side for this upcoming year. Thanks for your advice!

You stand a pretty good chance even this late.
