Late application

I will not be able to take the DAT until next summer, will it be too late to apply for 2012 admission at this point? I have a pretty decent resume(assuming i preform well on my DAT) but I dont want to waist a bunch of money applying to dental schools if I have no chance to get in. Have any of you applied as late as july/august and gotten in?

If you are trying to enroll for Fall 2012, then July/August 2011 is not considered late for submitting your app. The AADSAS application does not even become available until early June, so if you can get your application submitted in June/July then that would be ideal. Most dental schools don't even send out interview invitations until August or Sept (some as early as July), and many schools also interview into the spring. Also remember you can submit it before you take the DAT.
