Is it ok to take a premed course, specifically bio lab second semester, during the second semester of senior year? My school only offers it once a year and I can't fit it in my junior year. I have taken all other bio courses. So I have to take it senior year or during the summer (preferably not, though). My question is this: How will med schools view applicants who take prerequisites after application process? I can't take it second semester junior year because my school puts a cap on 18 hrs. I will be taking 18 hours. Thanks.

I'll be taking my lab then, but only cause a lot of schools don't accept AP bio credits, and that's what I got for my bio lab. There are a few schools that require prereqs to be done by Jan 31st of the year you plan to matriculate, but most are ok with taking them the semester before, I think.
