Late Mcat Question

If a secondary asks for an MCAT score on the secondary should I wait to send it in without that blank. I will not recieve the scores till October, what do they expect me to put in there?
 
Just reply that you took the test in August 2006. They will understand that you do not yet have your score and will look forward to it in october.
