I received secondaries in November/ December. I opted out of sending in some secondaries to some of the schools I applied to.

Would it be way too late to send them in, or would I still have a chance?

25-28 MCAT, multiple publications, and leadership

It is very late now, and your chances are now for the waitlist. It depends on which schools you're applying to.
