2. Is late Oct too late to submit secondaries?
Before Thanksgiving even w my stats?

As long as you complete the secondary in it’s entirety, your application will be looked at otherwise you’ll be waiting longer so definitely get er in!

I submitted like a month after for my top DO choice I think after getting mine and got an II like 3 weeks after submission so go for it!
