You're definitely not late! Now focus on the mcat and don't spend time on sdn.

It depends on your GPA and your MCAT OP. If your GPA is <3.2 and MCAT is < 502, then this may be a tad late. However, if you are above one of those metrics then you should be okay.

The DO cycle goes much longer than MD, and so you're fine.
