No. I submitted in Nov./Dec. and was fine.

On the other hand, sort of as pcard says, your chances are lower with each passing day. Get those secondaries in ASAP. I personally think you should be able to get at least one secondary done each day, or at least, to a point of where all you need to do is give it a final review before sending.

My PCOM supplemental application was received October 12.
DO letter of recommendation received October 20.
Invited for interview October 21.

PCOM doesn't require DO letter for admission, but it is STRONGLY recommended (but you knew that anyway).

Just get it in ASAP. Good luck.
