So I'm nearly finished with secondaries and was wondering what the latest time point people who are completed this early might get interviews? Wondering if I should reschedule a trip I have planned at the end of January.

Each school is different on when they start sending out interviews and when they start/stop interviewing.

There's certainly a possibility that you could receive an invitation to interview in January. I don't know if I would reschedule a trip that you have already planned though. Most (not all) schools are fairly flexible with scheduling interviews.
