I realize that the stems on the shelf exam are much longer than the ones in Lawrence but how does the level of difficulty compare? I'm batting about 70% on the Lawrence questions but since this is my first shelf exam, I have no idea whether or not this puts me in range to pass or not. Any insight on whether or not it's time for me to go in to fulmanant panic mode?:scared:

My surgery shelf was a doozie! Some questions were over 2 paragraphs long and you run out of time quick. There's none of this read the answers, then stem of question, blabla crap. Lots of questions had the pieces of the puzzle in the WHOLE long paragraph so you HAVE to read it. Work fast at reading is my advice to you and anybody else.

Where are the Lawrence questions? I have borrowed the Lawrence Essentials of Surgery + Essentials of subspecialty surgery from the med school library, and on first glance, there don't appear to be questions in there.
