Leadership Positions?

Are leadership positions important for dental admission? If so, what type of positions (student governments, clubs)? I've tried to seek out some positions but haven't gotten them, are they imperative?

i tutor and teach study groups. i think that is a "leadership" position because you have to lead the students and class?

i was also a peer pre-dental advisor for a pre-health program on my campus. i dont know if that also counts as leadership.

just giving you other ideas?

i agree with Regmata. but i also think it would be nice to have some leadership experience/skills.
