Hi!
So I have an interview coming up and common question that seems to be coming up is to discuss any leadership roles or how you are a leader.

Honestly, other than being a TA for a lab I don't have any real leadership roles.

I'm getting worried because I don't know how I will be able to answer this question. Any help?

So just talk about the leadership qualities you exhibit being a TA in the lab... no worries... you don't need a bunch of different examples for that type of question... I got asked that question and only had time to explain one instance of me being a leader before they asked a different question. You'll be fine!

Being a lab TA is a huge leadership role! You (and maybe 1 other person) are running a class! You can absolutely use this to show your leadership abilities.
