Definitely sounds like leadership to me!

Definitely management for both managing/supervising in a clinical role (i.e. Paramedic Supervisor, Department Director, Captain, etc.) and Research Lead/Project Lead for managing Research Assistants (RAs or CRAs for clinical research assistants 😀 ).

RA = research assistant. And yes a paid Clinical Research Coordinator II managing a team of 4 RA's. This is AWESOME news, I was so concerned about my lack of leadership experience due to working all throughout college full time, but I guess it paid off.
