learn dental instruments

Hey everybody,

I've looked around the SDN boards and I couldn't find any resources on learning the various instruments of oral surgery, hygiene, etc. I did find a program that has a few pictures and descriptions of uses. Does anyone out there have any online resources for encyclopedic knowledge on dental instruments including pictures, uses, alternate names, etc.?
