Ok I have really have been chilling and enjoying myself but I would like to get a head start on this topic. I actually am looking forward to it and it would make me feel better mentally if I had some headstart. So if anyone has any experience. Can I do this in a month and what material exactly would I need? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

A cadaver.

Preferably one that isn't rotting.

Does your school even begin with head and neck? That would be atypical from what I've gathered.

See if your curriculum has neuro or head/neck OMM at the beginning of Year 1. For example, we will begin neuro and head/neck OMM at my school at the beginning of Year 2. You should just enjoy your break because once med school starts you will regret not enjoying every moment you could have had. Good luck and PM me if you have any questions!

Buy a Netters atlas and study the images and use BRS anatomy alongside to get the clinical points. Just warning you that it is not as easy to learn when you don't feel the pressure. I would highly advise continuing the chilling and enjoying yourself.

Thanks for the advice guys! And the only reason I wanted to Head/Neck is because I heard its the most brutal section right? And my school apparently condenses all of anatomy in half a year

Gross lab doesn't start with head and neck. You cut the back first, and then the limbs and extremities, and work your way up. Don't waste your time studying anything before school starts.
