Learning in psyc residency!

So I scrambled in last minute into a psych residency. I like it so far but I feel lost. Are there any videos for psych (not kaplan) but something of the caliber of medstudy or mksap. Someone suggested kaplan and sadock synopsis book but I am not much of a reader. Have always learnt from watching videos of my lectures in the past as well. Can someone shed some light as to how to study for residency / step 3.

I wanted to go into psychiatry and I still feel kind of lost. But if anyone could provide some insight on how to further improve/learn more, I would appreciate it.
