I am a MS4, and I just happened to bump into this pre-med site as I am taking a break from my studying of board exam.

I just wanna say one thing: It's not my business, nor is it your business. Why are you guys so curious about Casey's identity?? You are applying to be a physician right? not paparazzi. If you have slight confusion about the definition of physician and that of paparazzi, then you should be a paparazzi.

I don't know if Casey has hurt anyone before, but I am sure those who have all these extra time to explore her identity without her consent is definitely hurting someone.

If Casey's MCAT is really 37, then of course that explains a lot why you guys would choose to do stupid stuff like this to hurt her chance...

C'mon now, studies have shown that even if you misspell every single word in a paragraph, most people will understand what you're talking about. The brain is powerful enough to make that connection (ie. recognition).

The user Casey_at_bat has her mdapplicants.com profile posted in her signature. Someone read her profile and realized that it matched the description of a girl named Casey from a soft porn website. The user posted her picture and accused the user of being the girl from the website. Casey_at_bat subsequently got angry at the person who posted the photo.

Now, in the thread she is defending her actions, candidacy, etc.

Thus, the OP in this thread responed to the aforementioned sequence of events.

Whether or not Casey_at_bat is really Casey from the website is a different matter. Personally, I don't care.

When Casey joined SDN a couple of weeks ago, she was using a picture of herself for an avatar. Some SDNer who obviously looks at a lot of porn recognized her from a site called Casey Cam and posted a link. This all happened in the "post your secondary picture" thread in pre-allo. Casey was pissed and changed her avatar to the one she is currently using. As far as I could tell, the Casey Cam site doesn't really show any pornographic pics. There are shots of her in her underwear, but nothing worse than that. Anyway, Casey posted a message with lot of #$%%#$#$!!! words towards the SDNer that had outed her and then disappeared for awhile. According to her story, she considered creating a new SDN identity, but decided not to. Some say she is a troll that just stole the original avatar pic from the Casey Cam site, but I believe that it's actually her. The only thing that doesn't add up to me is that she looks Asian, but her MDApplicants.com profile says she is Caucasian.

1. she may deserve an apology for this whole thing being blown out of proportion but when she's paid to take (relatively) revealing pictures of herself over the internet i bet her self esteem is the least of her worries

1)She/He acted very pissed when someone matched her avatar pic to one on a very popular porn site. Why, if you didn't want anyone to know, would you even post a picture of yourself?

2)She/He uses the name "Casey" in her username. Anyone who hasn't been hit in the head with a sledgehammer knows that porn models don't use their real name on porn sites. So Casey is obviously a fake name that the "Casey Cam" model uses. Why, if you didn't want anyone to know, would you use the same fake name as you did on your very popular website?

The user of Casey_at_bat is lying, and is probably so completely obsessed with the model on the "Casey Cam" website that he/she is trying to create an alternate personality that matches this model.

oooooooooooooh scary. casey is very thorough. if it's really her, she is trying to prove things to others in a really strange way. if you really wanted your pre-med questions answered why would you bring in all this personal extraneous information? she didnt want advice about how to deal with this part of her life in the face of adcoms. she just slipped it in right under our noses. why does she have to make it clear that she is on a website? if you have pre-med questions just ask them. no one cares about where we can find your pictures on the internet (there are plenty of sites that show hot, naked college age girls..right guys?!) it was unnecessary, but a slightly entertaining diversion either way. if it's not her this person is very very scary. if it is her, she wanted us to know and now we do. yay i guess.
