Where it asks for the individuals who wrote you letters of recommendation, on title what should I put? Professor of Biology? I don't get it.
 
Professor, Professor Emeritus, Dean, Dept Chair, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, etc

If from work, Supervisor, Director, Scientist, Senior Scientist, etc

I don't think you need to bump after one hour, the forum is kind of slow and I'm sure it's been at the top of the page the whole time :laugh:
