Hi y'all! I interviewed Monday at LECOM, and am super-excited about going there! Anybody know about how long until notification of their decision is sent? I hope I get in!
It seems to be a matter of "anything goes." According to what people have written in here, some have gotten immediate notification, some have been called, and some of us (like me) are still waiting to hear a peep out of them. This, of course, is in spite of what anyone said re: timing. So, I guess all I can tell you is be prepared to wait and good luck!toothless rufus said:Hi y'all! LOL, no, not quite that fast! [We can wish, though, can't we? 😉 ] I mean "immediate" as in within 2-3 days. Keep in mind that in this process, temporal adjectives have a totally different meaning...it's kind of like the way that having a meeting at 9am means getting there at 8:50am in MA versus at 9:15am in FL. It's all about the context! 🙂toothless rufus said:Do you mean immediate as in told at the interview?
toothless rufus said:Another thing: As soon as my butt hit the interview chair I realized "this is it" and became noticably nervous. I did manage not to projectile vomit onto my interviewers, and relaxed more as as the interview progressed. I feel that my answers were sound, if a bit stammered. How importantly do they score a placid composure? BTW, if anyone finds any "cool" at LECOM; it's mine, and I lost it! 😀
LECOM-B is really fast, about two weeks, in making their decision and sending out notices.LiNk said:I interviewed at Bradenton Feb. 24 and found out snail-mail today that I'm accepted! so that took almost 2 weeks
toothless rufus said:Congrats, Link! I think that deserves more cowbell!! 😀
LiNk said:Thanks I love the cowbell! Christopher Walkin is awesome in that skit.
Still haven't heard from Erie and I interviewed there Feb. 20
