Lecom applicatin

So i just got an email from lecom saying:

"The Admissions Committee has reviewed your file and a decision has not yet been made regarding an interview. The Admissions Committee will meet to review your application every 90 days; you will be notified if there is a change in their decision at that time."

Also when i go under application status it says that my application will be re-reviewed in 60 days.

Can anyone explain what this basically means?

seems like a continuing review statement. might mean that they will look at it so late in the cycle that it might equal a rejection. sorry guys.

What if your taking classes right now? wouldnt it mean they might possibly be waiting for your grades and then decide? haha im hoping the latter is true but i guess i just have to wait and see

hey i dunno for sure man. this is their first cycle. you havent been rejected yet so thats good, jus wait it out. plus im sure you have interviews elsewhere already.

wizi they emailed me like 2 months after my application and payments were in. they finalllllllyyyyyy processed my stuff like 2 weeks back. so dont worry if they are slow. do you have other interviews lined up?

sadly, no. I am done with my pre-dec interviews. Just waiting for my d-day (30 days left). 🙄

Checked the portal today and have this "Your file will be re-reviewed by the Admissions Committee in 60 days." Searched and found this thread so thought I'd respond to it and let ppl know. Seems kind of weird since I called yesterday asking about my status and today I have this :/

Are we talking AADSAS Portal or LECOM Portal?

Because I got the Re-Review e-mail back in October, and from what I recall when I checked my LECOM Portal, status was also blank (don't have an AADSAS) and now that I checked (which would be a month later...) status is now "Will be re-reviewed in 60 day"

No not yet. I am a late applicant. Applied in late November right before the holidays. I am in a military family and was unsure of our plans due to the deployments. I know chances are slim due to timing.

Interesting I called today. i was curious because i received a rereview in 60 days a week after submitting my supplemental application then status changed 3 weeks later to Under review by Adcom. i was told by a Stephanie that they received an overwelming amount of applicants and that they were putting the 60 days status (hold) until they could review the files. She mentioned that the commitee really wanted to review all of the files they received. So they taking and reviewing them in increments. They are taking 1-3 weeks to review. They will then provide to her the notices and she send out the letters for either interview or rejection. For those who are worried that have this status or any other you were not rejected because they just havent reviewed them yet.
