Hello!
If any current students are living in Colonial Grand at Lakewood Ranch, could you please provide some reviews? I am interested in renting there, but I would like to know first-hand what the pros and cons are. I check it out on apartment ratings and people seem to not have any major complaints, except that it may get noisy sometimes. My only concern however, is safety. Do you guys feel safe living there?
