Lecom is a well established school with good match rates. Having said that, this is a new campus which should have new faculty. The faculty will be getting their feet on the ground when getting the curriculum up to speed. Any new school or campus will have a learning curve as they get up and running. Rotations will have to be vetted. Elmira should be no different. As far as new DO schools, I don't recommend attending unless there are no other options. I would recommend attending a different, more established campus at Lecom or another established school, if that option exists.
