Hi everyone, I'm going to LECOM in Erie this year and I was wondering if anyone knew of some apartment complex or row of town houses that the students usually rent. I have one roommate but if you found anywhere that seems good to rent and they have other apartments available, it would be cool if a bunch of us were neighbors.

Hey I'm start Lecom Erie next year too. I don't know of any rows like that but to find housing close to the school you can use that apartment book that they gave us at the interview and google maps to find how close they are to the school. I know alot of students live at Laurel Ridge Apartments because its like 75 ft from Lecom. I noticed you are from PSU. My mom works at main in the Bursar's office. I'm going to undergrad at Juniata in Huntingdon. Do you know anyone else from PSU going to Lecom?

Hi Annie, yeah I'm at main and my girlfriend, also here at psu, is going to LECOM as well. Thanks, I'll look into that place. I didn't really start looking too hard at places to live, but I guess its time. And for you and anyone else reading this, let us know if your living anywhere really cool and there are other apartments in the complex you recommend.

Attedning LECOM fall of 08. Starting to look for housing but keep getting told no one will know until April or May of this year. So I guess its fly by night trying to get housing.

Hey, I'm a 2nd year student at LECOM Erie. My roommate and I are currently living in Scenery Hills Apts, literally 2 blocks away from the school. It's a very nice apartment, 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, pretty new, close to everything. It has 1 garage & they plow the place- a major plus in Erie. The price is great, especially if you have a roommate. Lots of LECOMers live in the complex. We are moving out to start rotations in the beginning of July and are looking for someone to come live here. Please let me know if you're interested.

Hey everyone, congrats on the acceptances! I'll be a first year at LECOM in the fall, and am looking for an apartment too. Both Laurel Ridge and Scenery Hills look great, and are priced really well too. I'm definitely considering either of them. Does anyone have any info about the new apartments going up across the street from LECOM? Thanks.

Going to LECOM as well...starting to look for places, but likely to get a place alone unless that roommate list comes out soon. Let me know if anyone is looking for a roommate. Also more info about other places near by that aren't too pricey for a one bedroom.

Hey Everyone, I'm on a few waitlists but many places said to call back in May. I am on the waitlist for Laurel Ridge, I'm number 10 on the list so I dont know if I'll get an apartment there. I am definitely interested in getting a roommate. I saw that someone said that Lecom isn't sending out a roommate list anymore. I wonder how true that is because we had to send in that form about wanting a roommate so I don't know why we would need to do that if they weren't going to distribute a list. Anyways, I'm still looking for a roommate if anyone is interested PM me. Congrats on getting in everyone!!

Hi All!

I'm starting LECOM this summer in the ISP pathway.

For undergrad I went to a commuter school in New York . . . always lived at home (no roommate experience).

I would like to room with someone from LECOM.

I'm 24, F, non-smoker, on the clean freak side, not big on TV, I can't study with music (like quiet studying). I get along with most people. I might have my dog come visit me once in the blue moon with the family (small).

I would be able to visit Erie after I quit my job in May to check out some places to live. I don't drive yet (in the process of getting a license-I got to drive on a highway today which was lots of fun! . . . I live in manhattan = great public transportation system)

Hey guys and girls! I posted this in the Class of 2012 thread, but I thought I might as well try here too.

I am currently a second year and am looking for a roommate for next year. I have a three bedroom house located about 5 minutes from school. One of the bedrooms is converted into an office for good study time.

I have all the necessities - washer, dryer, patio furniture, fridge, stove, microwave, leather couch, lcd tv, playstation 2, Guitar Hero, etc. etc. The only thing I'm lacking is a dining room table/chairs and a toaster. And I don't get cable, but there's not a whole lot of time for TV anyway... Plus you'll have me and all my infinite knowledge about the inner workings of LECOM. Oh, and all my books, notes, study guides, etc.

So if you are interested - and you own a toaster, please pm me! I can take pictures of the house and let you know whatever you want to know (price, location, etc.)

Congradulations everyone upon your acceptance! I am also starting school at LECOM -Pharmacy, starting 2008. Currently, I am looking for a room-mate. I just recieved a letter from LECOM: a room-mate request form. Should submit it within the next few days.
