I am trying to decide which school to attend. Any insights from current students or anyone that knows reputation of schools.

If you use the search function, you'll see reports from students at both schools that lead me to think that they are equally awful.

Do you have an option C? I'd vote for that!

Congrats on your accpetance to both schools....which school? depends on you...are you worried about debt, if so choose LECOM, cheaper of the two. But like EnfieldGal mentioned earlier use the search function...keep us posted and good luck!
