Well I'm more concerned how students do on their NAPLEX, the school said they have a high percentile, but obviously they are biased, if you don't mind me asking how did he do on the exam??

I'll let you (and this thread) know in a year. My husband mentioned LECOM does have a very high pass rate. Edit to add: Husband said that the pass rate last year was in the upper 90%, he thinks 97%.

well they gave me a packet the first time I interviewed with all the places to rent near schools, I looked at other forums and people are put on waitng lists for apartments, so I figured to get started early. I recently been reading alot about Erie LECOM and thinking it might not be actually such a good school. Whats your opinion on it, was this your first choice?

I've heard the apartments across the street have paper thin walls. And everyone will know your business as they all go to LECOM.

We rented within two miles from campus from Dan Meola, who is a decent fellow. He like's to do things cheap, but he's honest and trustworthy. His apartments are from older duplexes, so if you want new stuff, he's not your guy. But if you want cheap and honest, he comes highly recommended.

Here is a link to one of his properties with his number.

Does anybody know if LECOM has a deadline for students who have been accepted and placed a deposit for their P1 seat to withdraw from the class? A friend of mine is deciding where to go, but for some reason she feels like they are the kind of school that might try and stick her with tuition if she withdraws too late.

I'm going to Erie tomorrow for an interview, should I bring my 9?

 You will be fine, Erie is no where to being hood! I live here currently and the city/town whatever you want to call it is calm to me. Goodluck on your interview. :luck:

Eire is probably safer than most schoos in PA. IDK why people are saying it isn't. I'd much rather be in erie walking down the streets at night, than in oakland, Pittsburgh, or even worse philly.:scared:

I actually asked this at my interview and the financial aid lady said you'll be okay to cancel up until the day classes start. You might want to verify, or get it in writing, but that's what she told me.
