LECOM Erie

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Why isn't there more chatter about LECOM Erie, it is a three year program vs it's Florida campus and why would you want to live in Florida, when you could live in one of the top 10 snowiest cities in the United States.

I thought you were being sarcastic for a second . Trust me, snow and the cold gets old fast.

So does STD's but that doesn't stop people from recreating.

I was joking about wanting to live in a snowy city, but I have noticed that LECOM Erie campus wasn't discussed much on SDN and I was just wondering why? Most of us don't plan on having much of a life while we are in pharmacy school so why would it matter where we go to school?

With LECOM erie you are only actually living in erie for 1.75 years. the other years you do rotations. LECOM has extremely few rotation sites in erie, so you choose from a list of rotation sites which are scattered throughout the country, and move there to do rotations.

How long does it take to receive an interview invitation from the time your pharmcas application has been verified? And are the interview dates normally a month from the invite? And after your interview, how long does it take to know if you have been accepted or not?
Thanx!
