LECOM interview rundown

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if any of you could give me a rundown of the LECOM interview day. I just had an interview at NYCOM and got some great info about what to expect from you guys. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Oh, and congrats to those who have received acceptances and good luck to those who are still waiting!!

I'm interviewing on January 3rd. I heard some horror stories about the article they have you read during the interview so i was looking for some specifics. Have you heard anything? Well, good luck to you on January 7th.

Thats surprising. I've heard that its no big deal. A friend of mine just interviewed there in November and she said it wasn't bad at all.

I interviewed at LECOM in November, and it was a very laid-back interview. Most of the day is spent with an admissions person, who tells you all about the school. They did have us read an article that dealt with a contoversial topic, we had a set amount of time to read it then hand it in. During the intervew they did ask a few questions regarding the topic, but mostly just your opinions. It was pretty stress-free. I got accepted about 3 weeks after my interview. My opinion, and the attitude I went in with, is to just be yourself. It seemed to work out okay.. Best of Luck! I would be interested to hear how it goes, and which school you decide to go to.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I'm glad to hear that you guys say, and heard, that it was a relaxed interview. Gives me a bit more confidence. NYCOM's was very laid back also.
