As always it depends...
It depends what part of the year we're in and which pathway you are in...
From August until late October, all 3 pathways are together. We have lecture from 8am until some variable time (sometimes we'd be done at 2, sometimes at 4, sometimes at 10am). It varied a lot. Dissections and prosections were interspersed between the lectures. Wednesday morning is OMM. 1 hour of lecture from 8-9am, and then the rest of the morning is split into 2 groups- 1 1/2 hours each of lab. After OMM, lecture resumes in the afternoon.
Now that we're in core, it's pretty much 8am-4/5pm. Sometimes if there's micro lab, we have an early day. Sometimes we're done at 2pm, but those are exceptions.
Pretty much that's the way it runs for the next 2 years (8am-4/5pm). MS II's don't come in until 8:30am though. Plus, they have preceptorships and CODA in the afternoon.
For PBL and ISP, it's completely different outside of anatomy (and keep in mind that they probably will change the way anatomy is run next year). I know PBL only has to come in to meet with their facilitators a few times each week (2). Not sure about ISP. Hope that helps.
