I have been sitting on this secondary for about a month. I've had several do's refuse to let me shadow or agree and disappear on me. I'm still trying, but should I submit the secondary now or wait for DO letter then submit it? I do have one DO that will meet with me but he's an OB/GYN so he is always canceling b/c of a delivery emergency (3 weeks in a row).
