Lecture Notes/Outlines for Step 1?

Anyone find lecture notes, or outlines that you made during M1/M2 year to be helpful for studying step 1? I feel like I should use them since I spent so much time making them during school... but they're rather disorganized and maybe too in-depth. Ughhh this test sucks...

I have some helpful notes and charts, but I probably will only use them as a reference on unclear subjects or things I remember we covered that I need to look up.
