I have only found bits and pieces of this information in the forums. This is both for my curiosity/use and I think it could potentially help others in the future. Some people really prefer or need it...and I guess there's always the few who just want to know if they need to go to lecture or not.
Anyhow, please comment below about your school and I'll update the list. If there aren't official recordings, any info about general recording policies are good. If you're feeling generous, please share if lecture material (PowerPoints) are provided or attendance policies. Some info taken from past threads that may be out of date.

- Podcast lectures which record the voice per ppt slide - which we then transcribe
- Starting next semester we will be using either the program that IU medical school uses or Univ Mich uses to video record the lecture and move to an optional attendance (professor has to explicitly state in their syllabus if lecture is mandatory). First step is complete video recorded lecture, then maybe get the attendance issue approved. (this was posted in 2011)
IOWA
University of Iowa College of Dentistry
KENTUCKY
University of Kentucky College of Dentistry
University of Louisville School of Dentistry
- Powerpoints are usually posted, except for certain classes
- Some professors will test straight out of lecture notes while some will lecture without any material, so good note taking still is expected
- Class in general was very helpful and people shared notes regularly

- No classes are recorded, they say that if we want to record them ourselves we have to ask permission but everyone does it anyway
- The only class we've had online is dental morphology
- We usually get Powerpoints the day before or right as the class starts, making laptops really useful
- We also get a codex for some of our classes which tends to be really close to what the professor says in class
