Legitimate companies to consolidate for IBR or loan decrease?

I owe I owe oh do I owe. About 370k. I want to reconsolidate and do the best plan to get the lowest payment plans. Some companies charge, some take your money and do nada for you. Who is good and btw my credit sucks.

Is it your intent to consolidate or refinance? I ask because you mention your credit, not relevant with consolidation.
