I am currently doing research on Leishmania (a parasite carried by a sand fly)
My question is I am supposed to create a primer for the DNA of this parasite and create restrictions sites in the DNA (pretty much cloning the DNA of this parasite) and I have no clue on how to create a primer w/ restriction sites. Can anyone at least get me started. I would ask my instructor but I don't want to seem like a "rookie" (for lack of a better word). Feel free to send me a private message on the details of this question.
