😕 In your experience, what is the average length of a letter of recommendation from a surgeon?

I know that the length depends on how well they know you and like you, but I'm looking for a general trend....

I ask this because I was given a copy of one of my LORs by the surgeon who wrote it (semi-famous guy), and it was about 4-5 paragraphs. His secretary (who sees all his LORs) said it was a really good one, but it just seems short.... 😕

That sounds like a good length. Most of them are less than a page.
