Maybe this question is too vague or broad, but I saw a posting about the "top ten" Ophthalmology programs, and what I want to know is, if I'm not in AOA and didn't get a 250 on Step 1 but am a pretty good student otherwise (honors in about half of my courses, 220 on USMLE), what are some more reasonable, less competitive Ophtho programs, esp. in the Northeast?
