So, I've done topscore in kind of a crappy way. I wanted to see how I was doing on sciences, and what I was missing, so I did the TS sections individually. Over the past few weeks doing 1 about every week I managed from like a 19 TS to 22TS. Apparently people seem to do better on the real dat, so I'm psyched about that. I only did one reading passage and have the other two saved for this week. I got a 21 on that.
So in order to practice full length exams, I'm doing achiever. First exam today, and I got a 19 TS (19Bio 20Gchem 19 Ochem). I know achiever is considered notoriously difficult for sciences. My concern is I got REAMED on RC in my opinion, with a 16. I tried S & D for one, and the vicvyper method for another. For the whole reading section I was panicking on my time. I know its not real, but I worried about it as if it was.
Has anyone gotten lower scores on Achiever (new) RC and done considerably higher on the DAT RC? Which is closer to DAT RC, topscore or achiever?
I'll be doing another topscore RC tonight and update.
