Hi there,
Posting questions is a total waste of time. The USMLE exams are computerized with banks of thousands of questions. This is not a test that you can memorize answers for. You can, however, practice questions in the format of this test. Best strategy is to cover the subject matter and do the practice exams on the disk that USMLE provides. Worked well for me.
