Letter of Interest

Hey guys,

I was thinking about writing a letter of interest to LECOM-B as they are my top choice currently. I really want to get an interview there and I've already been rejected (pre interview) from LECOM-Erie. Would it be beneficial to do so or would it only hurt my chances?

Anyone have any experience?

Peace :luck:

I finally got my "response" from LECOM -B today ..... it basically says I am deficient in 1 credit hour of O-chem (I am finally talking lab this next semester...) so unless I can get them to cut me a break, that's one more spot open for you! 😱 BTW where are you Canadian Pre-med? My son is a sophomore at UVic on Vancouver Island. (Yes, my dear friends... the mom had her kiddies young!!!)

Hey momgracea,

UVic...nice school 👍

I'm in Ontario, so about 3000 KM away.

I really want to get a chance at that school. I just hope I hear from them soon. Wish me luck.

I'm totally getting off the subject of this thread, but here's wishing you best of luck. :luck: I do hope you do hear something soon! It is an awesome school AND great place to live. I almost applied there, too, until I realized they won't admit anyone from the US to the med school. 🙁 I was weeping very big tears because we just love it there!

I say go for it. I don't think that it will hurt your chances in any way and it may help. DCOM is going to accept you though. I am sure of it. Why don't you send them a letter? 😀 :luck:
